Wylie ISD serves approximately 3,200 students in Pre-K through 12th grade on five campuses. WISD was ranked an "Exemplary" district for seven consecutive years from 1996-2003. The district continues to rate as one of the best schools in Texas by the Texas Education Agency. WISD has also been rated "Superior" by TEA's Financial Integrity Rating System of Texas. This is the highest rating awarded by the state.
